Our service
Littlepineapple.com.au creates handmade & custom made designed LED neon signage and décor. We strive to create beautiful and unique designs at an affordable cost whilst providing the customer with a positive and lasting experience.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, if we deem him/her to be misusing our service, or using our service in an unlawful manner.
Furthermore, we reserve the right to alter our service, our product range and our price schedule without notice or ramification.
Use of Products and warranty
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that the item is intended for indoor use only.
Our 12V neon products must connect to a standard power socket via the provided 12v wall transformer exclusively.
We offer a one-year manufacturer’s warranty on our indoor products, and three-months manufacturer’s warranty on our outdoor products. Please note said Warranty does not cover the general ‘wear and tear’ or damage as a result of misuse of our products.
Payment
All prices in our store are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and our store is hosted by Squarespace.
All products will remain our property until full payment is made.
Prices are applicable to the date of purchase, and shipping costs and payment fees are acknowledged prior to confirming your order.
Please note If you are under 18 years old Parental Consent to purchase is required prior to purchasing.
Items will not be shipped prior to payment clearance in our bank account, any delays to clearance is not to the onus of Littlepineapple.com.au.
Furthermore, availability of stock cannot be guaranteed in the event of a delayed payment.
All transfers conducted through Littlepineapple.com.au are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway for more information.
Refunds and Returns
If the Products arrive to you in a damaged state, you are required to notify the delivery agent and us within 24 hours. You are to provide photographic evidence of the damage as verification.
Each product is handmade and accordingly individual, and maybe subject tovariations of colour as a result of computer screen and printer calibrations.
By purchasing you acknowledge that these variations and discolorations are not by fault of our Product and you accept the possibility of such occurrence.
Items may be returned unopened within 14 days of delivery for receipt of a full refund.
In the event of receipt of a defective or incorrect product, we undertake to refund the return shipping costs to the customer within 4 weeks of lodging the article with the chosen courier company.
We cannot accept Custom ordered products, or process refunds for this service.
Delivery
Products may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies.
Upon receipt of the Payment in Full orders are punctually processed.
Delivery is effected within 2 and 14 days and dictated by the delivery option selected by the Customer.
Damaged or lost orders and postal delays should be resolved with the courier company direct Littlepineapple.com.au is not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received.
All replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of littlepineapple.com.au
